21 Jun 2021 Parade of Homes People’s Choice Award Winners

The Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association 2021 Parade of Homes took place the weekends of April 25-26, May 1-2, and May 8-9. Interested consumers and potential home buyers had three full weekends to tour more than 50 new homes from 15 home builders throughout metro Atlanta.

Thousands of visitors voted on the “People’s Choice Awards” over the three Parade weekends. The Parade of Homes Reception was hosted on June 17 at Traditions in Tile and Stone Atlanta Westside Showroom to honor the builders that received the most votes on the following six categories.

Best Overall Home – Harrison Homes for Brookhaven Commons (View Home)

Best Architectural Exterior – Brightwater Homes for Sweet Apple (View Home)

Best Floor Plan – McKinley Homes for High Pointe View – Beaconsfield (View Home)

Best Kitchen – Harrison Homes for Brookhaven Commons (View Home)

Best Outdoor Living – Eastwood Homes for Sumerlyn – Roanoke  (View Home)

Best Master Suite/Bath – David Weekley Homes for Woodbury – The Alderberry (View Home)

The self-guided, free Parade of Homes featured new homes throughout more than 16 metro Atlanta counties, from Hall to Griffin and Paulding to Jackson. Many of the homes were decorated models that included the latest and hottest design trends, while others were move-in ready homes available for immediate purchase. In addition, some of the homes were custom homes that would not typically be open to the public for touring. To view the map of homes, click here.
