Painted brick is now legal in Gwinnett County! Your Greater Atlanta Home Builders Association worked with Gwinnett County Commissioners and staff to update county rules to allow for beautiful homes like this one. Thank you to everyone involved. MILTON

GAHBA staff members and staff met this morning with the City of Milton to discuss concerns that members have with the city’s retaining wall rules. Currently, you are only allowed to have a 6-foot high retaining wall. It was a very productive meeting and we will continue to work with the city to try and achieve an equitable solution.
