Q: WHAT IS THE BACKYARD BUILDER BASH?
The Backyard Builder Bash is a unique outdoor experience where teams of 4 to 6 people will compete against other members of the GAHBA in a series of 6 games to win bragging rights and prizes for their team! This event is meant to foster company culture and a chance for all members of the GAHBA to come together for one unforgettable day of networking and fun.
Q: WHAT TYPE OF GAMES SHOULD WE EXPECT?
The games of the Backyard Builder Bash have been hand selected to ensure maximum fun, and low difficulty. All members of each team will compete in each game. The type of games to expect include:
- Water Balloon Toss
- Relay Three-Legged Race
- Tug of War
- Bucket Ball
- Tower Game
- Inflatable Obstacle Course
Q: WILL FOOD AND DRINKS BE PROVIDED?
YES! Our amazing sponsors have worked hard to provide food, drinks, music and atmosphere to the entire event.
Q: WHAT SHOULD WE WEAR?
We encourage our attendees and teams to dress comfortably and in tennis shoes! Think field-day attire. Team themes are encouraged, and prizes will be awarded form most creative outfit!
Q: CAN WE ATTEND IF WE'RE NOT ON A TEAM?
Yes! We've created a "Tailgater" registration so attendees can watch all the fun without competing. There will be plenty of chairs, tents, and fans for spectators. We also consider this a networking event, so there are plenty of opportunities for making new connections and fostering existing ones!
