Session facilitator James Leach is the Executive Director of Maverick, Insurance and Warranties. He is an attorney, and insurance executive with over 3 decades of experience in Home Building. Leach has a JD with honors (Drake University); an MBA and Masters in Insurance from Georgia State University, and is a Duke University graduate; CPCU and CLU. . Leach is an Air Force trained pilot with 6,000 Pilot in Command hours. He is an Airline Transport Pilot and Certified Flight Instructor.
