The GAHBA’s 2022 Parade of Homes is coming soon – this weekend in fact – and you do not want to miss this unique opportunity to tour a variety of amazing homes in the metro Atlanta area, but the fun doesn’t stop there! Attendees also have the chance to vote on homes visited during the Parade to enter to win some amazing prizes.*

As you tour the various homes during the Parade, you are sure to have thoughts and opinions about each of the homes’ different features and styles. We would love to hear your thoughts, and you can let us know what you think by voting at each home you visit!

After the Parade, your votes will be counted to determine which builders will be awarded Best Overall Home, Best Owner’s Suite, Best Kitchen, and more! Each vote submitted will count as an entry into the drawing for one of three fantastic door prizes, each of which will make the perfect addition to a new home!

First, all attendees that participate in voting will receive a Digital Gift Bag after the Parade is complete and votes are counted. The Digital Gift Bag will include discounts and coupons for local businesses, restaurants, and shops.

Door prizes for visiting the homes include two outdoor fireplaces courtesy of Haven Design Works, a set of bikes courtesy of Regions Bank, and a hard Yeti Cooler courtesy of Construction Resources. Parade attendees can vote and enter one time at each Parade home they visit during the three Parade weekends.

Finally, there is a Grand Prize for Pella Bingo. Once completing the Bingo card, write your email address on it and simply drop it into a voting box at one of the participating homes. The winner will receive a one-night stay at Hotel Avalon, as well as a $100 gift card to the restaurant Colletta.

The Parade takes place for three full weekends: April 23-24, April 30-May 1, and May 7-8. The new homes on the Parade are open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m. on Saturdays and 1 to 5 p.m. on Sundays.

• Entry registration must be on an original 2022 Parade of Homes registration form. No photocopy, facsimile, or mechanically reproduced entry registrations will be permitted.
